THINK Business Support Ltd is a specialist provider of cleaning and property maintenance services to clients in both commercial and industrial sectors. The use of traditional and technical processes, combined with certified height safety systems that protect people's lives is a daily management responsibility; therefore it is the Company's firm intention to ensure that the highest practicable standards of Health, Safety, and Welfare and Quality management are achieved in respect of its operations.

This policy applies to all areas and operations of THINK Business Support Ltd undertakings.

THINK Business Support Ltd is committed to comply with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and to apply our arrangements as described within our Quality management system and associated documents.

THINK Business Support Ltd is committed to total customer satisfaction, and compliance with regulatory bodies at all times, at maximum effectiveness and minimal cost.

We aim to:

  • To implement a policy of zero defects internally and externally, by implementing high quality business process; correct vetting procedures for all personal; continual monitoring of performance; and analysis of feedback received from our clients and colleagues.
  • Understand our markets and customer needs and expectations to ensure we continuously improve our service to facilitate growth. We will continually seek client's feedback , opinions and future goals in order to facilitate this.
  • Develop our technology and infrastructure continuously in order that we may offer the latest available technology to meet our customers' expectations and the ever changing demands of the market place.
  • Provide a high level of service to our customers with as minimum cause for complaint as possible by ensuring that all colleagues are trained to the appropriate level and that all training is reviewed annually where necessary.
  • Ensure that when complaints are received, they will be attended to in a timely manner with a view to eliminate the root cause and prevent recurrence.
  • Maintain a healthy constructive work environment that enables personnel to produce optimal output by promoting continual communication between colleagues and top level management to ensure all queries and concerns can be reported and resolved in a timely manner.

Every employee has an individual responsibility to help meet the requirements of this policy. All constructive ideas for minimising adverse quality impact can be discussed with your supervisor or myself.
