When we set up our Property Maintenance division, we asked our customers what issues they have or are experiencing with their existing contractors. The response was unanimous - They wanted much more communication from their contractors, such as start dates and times, job progress reports and details of completion. They also wanted their tenants and landlords included within communication. With this in mind, we set about designing a system that would eliminate as much hassle as possible.
As soon as we allocate an engineer, the tenant will receive a text message showing the date and timeslot of the appointment.
Just log into "i-think" and view the appointment details or check your emails for automatic updates.
Just log in and view the job progress. This will show completion dates and times and any notes that our operative has left.
Easy. Just log in and select the quotation option and enter the relevant details. We will quote through the system and if you want to proceed, you can authorise the work there and then. As soon as you do this, the quote becomes a live job and can be tracked in the normal way.
The tenant can reply to the text message and re-book. All of this information is available for you to view too, so you are always in the loop.
Yes, you can. Every job is recorded and database, so you can always search for a particular property to look at job history.
