New era

Think Business Support is now entering a new era as a business and we are very excited to be launching our new website.  Responding to the needs of our clients, we wanted a faster, easier to navigate and user-friendly website that is more representative of our business.  It is important to us that our website supports our company goals and gives our clients and prospects easy access to our company information and contact details. 

Visitors to our website will find a better user-experience and clearer information on our sectors and service lines.  There are also integrated social media account links to our Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn pages to help develop further communication.  We will be constantly updating our website and social media channels with helpful information, thought leadership and company announcements, to help our customers stay updated. 

How we started

Lyn and Ray Lowery originally founded the business in 1987, initially as Enterprise Services, to provide office cleaning services to businesses in Hornchurch and the surrounding area. With Ray performing a broad range of maintenance duties for clients and Lyn responsible for the management and administration of the business, Enterprise spent 20 years as a partnership maintaining its local roots and personal service. 

In early 2008, Nick Lowery joined the team and was tasked with growing and developing the business further and modernising the output. Enterprise continued to grow as a team, catering for a broader range of clients, and expanded the family-run approach with Steve Lowery appointed alongside his brother, Nick.  Steve brought in his experience and contacts within the office furniture industry to develop a new business area and complement the client offering.  Alongside cleaning and office furniture, Enterprise offered estate services and lift maintenance as well.

The journey

These services were consolidated into business divisions to cater for our customers’ unique needs.  Now offering a one-stop shop of property solutions and services, the business needed a new identity.  In 2012 Enterprise Service became Think Business Support.  The business now had a clearer identity and a strong brand to cater for commercial and managed residential clients with a range of services across premises of all types.

Think Business Support has gone from a cleaning operation into a thriving family-run business with dedicated business divisions.  All of these have been born from Ray’s extensive skill set that have been cloned into different business areas to cater for the needs of our clients.  The growth over the past eight years has made the business more reputable and professional and we now work across London and the South East for the public and private sectors.

Where we are now

Although Think is now led day-to-day by Nick and Steve, Ray is still an integral part of the business as he heads up the Operations team in the Cleaning and Estate Services division.  Quality service, cost-efficiency and client satisfaction remain at the heart of everything that we do, in exactly the same way it was in 1987.  Now with over 70 employees, we pride ourselves in maintaining a dedicated, personalised approach both on-site and in the office.  We have invested in technology, specifically for the needs of our clients, and also in our office staff to ensure that our clients continue to be given a high-level of service.
